Recovery From Ovarian Cancer Surgery ? Posted: 07-10-07 06:12am
I have a friend who just discovered she
has a tumor in one of her ovaries and
possibly some nodules near the left
pericolic gutter, which we found out is
outside the intestines on the left side.
Anyhow, the question is
Can anybody share their experience of how
though is the recovery from the surgery?
She knows she will have the uterus, both
ovaries and this other small nodules
removed, and also that they will look
around to determine how much it has
spread.
She is concerned how long she won't be
able to move, walk, if she will be able to
go to the bathroom, etc.
Can someone share their experience? It
will be greatly appreciated.
