Q: Soreness Under My Tongue

I have a sore throat and hoarse voice, just common cold symptoms. However, I have uncommon symptoms of soreness under my tongue and two bumps under my tongue on either side of the flesh that commects my tongue to my mouth. Is it just a cold?
