Q: Blood , Mucous After Stools

Hi, im a 21 female and during the past few months now have noticed a few times (not everytime) some bright red blood, or mucous on the tissue paper after passing a stool. Is this something to be worried about?
I have had no pain, change in bowel habit/appetite/weight.
