Ok I am so mad it is not even funny!!! Last night I started having contractions about 9 mins apart at 12:30 am. Over the next 2 hours they got to be 7 mins apart. So my mom took me to the hospital. They hooked me up to the moniters, and the nurse said I had a couple of good ones, but the little ones looked like sneezes or coughs. And I know I didn't do either! She checked me said I am 1 centimeter and still 60%. I am soooooooo mad. I really thought that was it. Why were my contractions that regular if they weren't? It was funny though because I called dewitt at 1:30 in the morning (his time, 2:30 my time) and he was excited and nervous and jumpin around....He was packed and ready to leave as soon as we knew for sure. I had to come home at 6:30 this morning and tell him sorry not just yet. Lol. Poor guy. But I did a little jogging on my 2 mile walk yesterday and that seems to trigger contractions. So i'm gonna keep that up. Just a little jogging, not a lot, and I make sure someone goes with me in case sumthin happens. But I am still mad!!! Grrrrrrrr......Lol. Thanks for listening! Lol.

Three weeks b4 my due date with amber I had the same thing happen, then I got to the hosoital the suddenly dissapeared, but I was 1cm dialated, the midwife said I was sure to go into labour with in the next 48 hours......... 2 weeks later I finally went in to labour......... I was told that some times the baby stops labour by turning into an awkward position, then when they finally resume the right position your labour starts again, its called interupted labour.

Lol....I know hes coming but I cant help it! Im so tired of waiting! No nikki they werebt 60 seconds apart, they were lasting about 60 seconds u dork! I called dewitt and he's not coming just yet because of school, but after this week they have a 2 week vacation so that will be good. But they are already packed and waiting on my call! Lol. Hopefully he gets here in time....But if not it might be for the better because I hate seeing him cry....Lol and I know he will.....Its kind of sweet though.....And I sure as hell dont need him passing out! Lol. But I guess we will see. Chances are my labor will be pretty long considering its my first and out of her 3 kids, my mom didnt have a labor under 24 hours! Lol. So thats plenty of time for him to get here!

My contractions were 2 minutes apart for hours and hours, and I was only 1 cm dilated that whole time. It's different for everyone. I know it must be frustrating for you, but everything is okay. It's normal for it to take a while with your first baby. Also, it might not go this slow the whole time. The doctor told me that I was supposed to dilate a half a cm an hour, but at one point I dilated from 2 cm to 7cm in 3 hours time!! Lol. The doctors aren't always right, so don't worry about them or the stupid stuff they might say. So how are your contractions feeling now on a scale of 1-10? 10 being the worst pain you've ever felt in your life. When I went from 2cm to 7cm in that short amount of time I thought I was going to die because my contractions hurt so bad. They were coming every 30 seconds...So I would have 2 within 1 minutes time. I barely had time to rest between each one. I had maybe 10 seconds. Confused It gets really frustrating...But that's what it took for things to start moving faster. After that, ethan was born in about an hour and a half.

They arent too bad yet.....But they hurt. I went to get out of bed this morning while I was having when and o man did that stop me in my tracks! Lol....I guess I would rate them a 3. They don't seem to be coming as often now but they are definately harder. Maybe it's because i'm doing a good job trying not to pay attention to them?!?!?!?! Lol. I dunno. I just hope he's here soon and in the meantime I am doing what I can to help him along!

Wow. It sounds like you're doing really good with them. I couldn't imagine having contractions for days. You must be pretty strong. It must be pretty challenging to sleep at night.
