try the acai berries. but don't buy them online! depending on how you like the taste, you can get it in a juice or in a capsule. it works pretty well for me! also they make this tea that is specifically for weight loss and they throw in all natural stuff that helps supress appetite as well. there is even a tea called extreme dieters tea. works very well.

I take chromium, and acai and bee pollen (which is supposed to suppress appetite) but they don't work well for me in the whole appetite suppression thing. I use them because chromium burns fat, acia berry helps digestive health, and bee pollen also breaks down fats. The one and only thing that has ever worked to suppress my appetite is grapefruit i eat half a grapefruit whenever i'm hungry or not satisfied with a meal and it instantly make me feel fuller not to mention grapefruit helps break down fats. (assuming you're interested in losing fat)

what really works and have rave reviews over it is called hodia with green tea. i dont know where your from but it is a herb from a catus plant from africa.
i was told there are no side effects. i tired it and you wont feel hungry, you dont even have a strong smell. for example if someone is cooking a philly's cheese steak you wont really smell it, so you wont really desire to eat it. before you buy it dont take my word for it research it. i was told they even introduced it on the oprah winfrey show.
