Q: What Is the Best Pain Killer For Osteoarthritis ?

Im sure the members of this board go some ways to keeping the pain killing section of the medical industry going so I was wondering what you take.
Particularly im interested in over the counter stuff that anybody can buy but also what prescribed drugs work for you to alleive the pain.
Id be interested in hearing what works for you so I can do some research and maybe ask my doctor about them.
