Q: Arthritis Ankle Surgery

I had a ankle fusion almost two years ago following a serious ankle fracture. Now I am in constant pain from arthritis in the ankle. The ortho doctor said there is nothing else he can do. I take cellebrex and pain medication every day. Does anyone have any advice?
