Something to Be Worried About?

me and my girlfriend have been dating 9 months, it isnt very long but everyone starts off at some point right.
so she has lied to me before, about seeing her ex behind my back, not cheating but still a lie was a lie and was not intended of my knowing.

now, she says she loves me she wants to be with me i'm her soulmate and she wants to be with me forever. i believe her when she says this but she just sent me an email telling me that we fight to much (but we have not been on the best terms because i am having problems at home with parental substance abuse, and the part of her lieing to me) theres one problem we LACK COMMUNICATION, and i don't know how to fix it. in the email she told me that we might not be together, but when i called her to ask her, she told me she was just mad at everything right now. do you think i have something to be worried about.?
