Hi Tammeylynne

How do you feel today ?
Did your doctor advise you how you could control your blood pressure? what medication did your doctor give you?
If you are that worried, I suggest that you could seek a second opinion from another doctor, as you worrying about it will also raise your blood pressure.
I feel that you are stressing over loosing your job, and now worried about loosing your life too, all this worry isn't good for you, or your blood pressure.
I hope you get the help you need, and we are here in Ehealth to support, if talking to us helps.
Best wishes
Ginger
