Hi im new about a few months i began regularly exercising about for 4- 5 days a week i would jog about 2 miles or so for a while i was using sneakers which started to hurt my knee area mostly behind it so i bought running shoes which helped a lot but recently ive been experiencing pain on the right side area of knee . And now it so frequent to the point that it starts hurting within a min of jogging. Does this sound familiar to anyone im started to get results and do not wish to stop working out.

hey..that happens to me sometimes, right on the outer side of my right knee. extremely painful

i recommend taking a week break every couple of months of working out or so, it lets your whole body rest and lets your muscles and joints completely recover and grow, and after the rest period you will feel great and will want to start working out again
