Q: Genital Warts?!

Recently, in a drunken state I slept with a "friend." I thought all was fine with him and due to my intoxication did not use a condom when we had sex. Well he wasnt exactly the guy I thought he was so I freaked out a month later when I had gotten sick, and was certain I had gotten an STD. I went to the county health department and got checked out for chlamydia, ghonnoreha, syphillus, etc. And it came back positive for chlamydia. Well, I took an antibiotic and I thought all was well for awhile, but then I noticed what I thought were genital warts around my vagina. I freaked out and I just had a gyno appointment just for a first time physical and they just did a normal exam, and the gyno clearly would have seen what I thought were warts, but she made no comment at all. I am waiting for the results of my pap smear I guess, but I was wondering, would my doctor have mentioned the warts had they truly been warts or am I just worrying about nothing? Also, I was thinking that perhaps since I was still a little itchy and nervous, is that a chance that my chlamydia did not fully go away when I got the antibiotic ? I'm so nervous and just need some answers. I thought going to the gyno would give me these answers but I'm still super nervous.

I would think the ob-gyn would say something if she saw warts. However, it's possible that you weren't broken out at the time.

After being treated for chlamydia, you're supposed to get retested anyway. So I would suggest heading back to the ob-gyn, getting tested again, and showing her the things that might be warts.
