1. I still have abdominal pain after 3 months of delivery. It is mild and it comes and goes im not sure but is it normal?

2. Its been 3 months after my delivery and everytime I have sex (if it goes too deep) it hurts, It didnt hurt before i got pregnant but now it hurts. I thought that it would only hurt after the first few times after delivery but its still hurting till now is this also normal?
