im 19.and have emetephobia . ive been to my doctor and he said its all in my head.but its ruining my life.ive always had it since i was small but i had a stomach virus last year and since then i have been feeling sick everyday.i get so worried about being sick that i dont want to go out.or eat certain things incase they make me sick.im getting obsessed and people are noticeing and they think i'm paranoid or mad.im getting litterally sick of it.can ant one tell me or suggest what else i can do ?
