Excersises For Carpal Tunnel Posted: 07-09-07 05:50am
I am working most of the day with
computer. I am feeling tingling and
numbness in my wrist for months. Is it
likely that I have carpal tunnel syndrome?
Can you recommend some excersises?
Thanks !

Powerball exercise Posted: 06-24-08 09:50am
I came across this excercise that is
supposed to work out your wrists and
forearms. Has anyone else heard of a
PowerBall? It's a plastic ball that has a
Gyro wheel spinning inside. You start it
spinning and then you rotate your wrist in
circles to make the ball go faster. The
faster it goes the more pounds of torque
is generated. I hear that a lot of
physicians use it to rehabilitate the
muscles of the wrist and forearms.
I've just got mine in the mail a couple
days ago and have already noticed that my
wrists don't hurt as bad when the wife
asks me to massage her back. I've also
noticed an increased grip strength.
Good luck.

Exercising causing more pain Posted: 07-02-08 07:22am
Hello,
I found that exercise on the net, telling
me to stretch my hands up and down while
counting to 5, and at least 10 times. I
think my condition got worse due to this
exercise. In addition, I also read that
you should not stretch ur hands if you
have carpal tunnel?
Please advise.
