Q: Antibiotics to Treat Uninary Tract Infection

Hi all whatsup
I was prescribed Ospen and Klindamicin antibiotic to treat infection but there seems to be no effect whatsoever. Has anyone else treated urinary tract infections with antibiotics and if so what kind? I really need some input cos I dont want to go to a surgery.
