i had meriana taken out last monday at around 3 am and have been bleeding heavy since with pelic pain very bad on rt side and cramoing straight across. Help anyone have this happen. I have had meriana out before have never bled this long even after a baby. pain on rt side 9 was adnitt to hospital for a few days then sent home still with heavy bleeding and pain at least they do not think my appendex did not burst. am affraid have had a pe before =clot in lungs . help anyone!!!

you should go back and get checked out again.
prolonged heavy bleeding could mean haemorraghe or rupture of the uterus.

i see my gynie tomorrow at 9 am he was the one who released me.
Am very scared. The resident told me it was all in my head the pain anyways. I said what about all this blood and the fever i have she had no answer. I think they told me to leave so I could not remind them that they can not stop my bleeding or pain. To scared to go back to hospital, some drs and nurses can be very mean and uncaring.
