this is a part of puberty. in a few years this will go away. if it is so severe, then go talk to your doctor, but all in all don't worry. actually, it is a part of puberty, after your son had gone through most of the stages, it will even out. this also has nothing to do with the fact that he is over weight. many children that are very thin also have this. this is a cause of the breast to have a lot of soft tissues which seem to swell up as a boy grows.
