Q: Fat Thighs!

Alright.. I figured out where im gaining the weight.
Its my thighs.. Anyone sympathize with me? I hate it its so gross... Does n e one know how to make it go away after-baby? :d

I feel your pain. I gained weight in my thighs too. I feel so fat from my belly button to my knees. After you have a baby, most of it should come off by 6 weeks. Whatever is left you can usually work off by walking or doing aerobic exercises.

I had thunder thighs when I was little. When I lived in florida I was never home so I lost a lot of weight, I got to a size 5. I know hard to believe. Now a year after the birth of my son I am finally getting the weight off. I had a lot in my upper thighs like you would see it badly in my jeans and stuff and its fading. Summer will be good to you, youll be fine and youll work it off!!

Wanna know something funny? My mom shops in the juniors section because she doesn't like "old lady clothes," and I always used to think she had really big legs and thighs because her jeans were so much bigger than mine (size 5). Funny thing is, I can't even get size 5 jeans past the upper part of my knee now and I tried on a pair of my mom's jeans (size 11 in juniors) and they fit me like my old size 5's used to fit me. How embarassing. Embarassed

Is it safe to walk before your 6 week check up? I have a treadmill and I was just wondering if it would be safe for me to set it at a low speed and walk for a few minutes a day?

Alright, thanx so much. I'm gonna find some time to start doing that then. I didn't really do much exercise while I was pregnant, so it might take me a while to get back into the exercise groove again. Haha.

Lol u all r crazy! But i've always had big thighs I cant get rid of em I can only muscle them up lol the thing i'm havin a problem with is my boobs lol they r so saggy ( that sounds funny) how can I perk them up?? Help!!
