My boyfriend and I had sex a few weeks ago it started out unprotected but only for a little but used a condum the rest of the time. Now i am a week late and have been spotting for the last three days. I also have minor cramps sometimes and other things like bad skin and such like my normal period time. I went off the ring two months ago, am i still messed up from that? I took a test it was negative. I've never skipped a period before so I could really use the advice.
