My father in law is 74 years old. Blood was found in his urine recently. What does this mean?. Is this a sympton of postrate cancer. We are all getting worried.

Blood in the urine can mean many things. I think it often indicates a kideny issue. I assume you're waiting for further tests or something. Your best bet is to talk to his doctor and ask what different things blood in the urine could mean.
