Q: Difficulty Achieving Orgasim

I'm about 50, and it seems the older I get, the most difficult it is for me to cum. Is this common?

Also, are there any other men out there who have difficulty cumming with oral sex? Every women I've been with has given me oral sex, but I've never been able to achieve orgasim.

My wife of three years wants to please me and thinks she's doing something wrong. Any thoughts on this?

Are there any treatments to improve sensitivity????
