Please Help.. i'm getting spots near and one on my vagina. they are normal spots like the ones you get on your face. normal little red ones. they are not uncomfortable but was wondering is something wrong with me? Confused

the best thing to do would be to reaserch std's and see a doctor asap to make sure its not an infection or std
