I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply ...
Can I ask if you are a active person, or
likes doing strenuios activities, such as
sport or arobics? If you are a busy Mum,
it's easy to overdo it, and not realised
you may have strained something... if it
is muscle related, a warm (not hot) bath
may relax any aches n pains .... don't
think hot baths help, cos all they do is
inflame the muscle more...
You may have been having these all your
life, as you've probably done any task you
do too the limit .. ie carried 6 bags of
shopping instead of 2 at a time, even
overdoing any work or lifting ..like
picking up all 3 kids, instead of one at a
time..
I've noted you've consulted with your
doctor, if you are still concered, seek a
second opinion.
