I have a little white elevated bump near the inside of my vagina. It doesn't hurt, except when I have sex, the area around it seems to tear. It doesn't look inflamed or anything. Just this little raised mound. Does anyone have any idea what this is or could be?

Could just be a pimple. Tough for us to say over the internet. You should probably show it your ob-gyn.
