New Month

So my LMP was in the middle (19th or something) of May. Lasted 3 days, uncommon for my cycle.
I got Spotting June 22nd. Period is irregular so it was supposed to come on or about the 25th.No period still.
I took a HPT and a doctor pregnancy test that Monday after spotting, it was negitive.
Feel bloated, strange feelings like period cramps but AF never comes. This is rare, mainly at night and not really as painful as cramps.

I already know I dont have STD's b/c of testing recently. Do you think it was too early for the hormones to show I was prego?

may-end of June, had sex with my ex of 4 years unprotected pull out method ( a few drunk close calls or possibly ejac. in me)

had unprotected sex w/ 2 friends, pull out method each time, both in the begining of june and one 8 days before spotting


I have a birth control apt. on the 23rd...Should I take another HPT now that my period is about or more than 12 days late or wait until the doctors if it doesn't come.

What does spotting really mean? is there like PID or Cervical Cancer or something scary other than STDs which I don't have that can cause spotting? or implantation?

Has this happened to anyone; got neg. at doctors and went bac ka few weeks and got positive?
