I'm 17 years old female, I'm pregnant and I need info on some helping centers, My mom passed away 3 months ago. My dad is somewhere in Seatle I have no contact with him I live at my neibghors house but I dont know how long they gonna put up with me. I'm curious if there are some centers where I can check In and just have the baby overthere until I start working. Thanks a bunch.

Lucky For You
Lucky For You, you're 17 years old. There's teen centers out there designed to help pregnant teenagers your age. When I was pregnant, they wouldn't help me, only give me numbers to abortion clinics in my area.

There's shelters you can stay at while you're pregnant, call the information hotline (411, or 9-411 depnding on where you're at) and ask about teen pregnancy shelters and clinics in your area. Once the child is born, you can't leave it there. You have to be the mother of your child, and if you leave the shelter, they'll force you to take it with you.

You're able to make lots of choices now for your babay. Be careful what you choose, and think about every situation before you make your final choice, because no matter what, it changes your life.

im sorry but that's not true, they will not "force" you to take the baby with you if you really don't want it. you can take it to the fire station and they won't ask any information, they'd rather you leave the baby with them than in a dumpster, so go that rout, do not leave your baby somewhere alone, okay? there are better ways to go about this.
