Hi friends! well iam wanted to know if we can build chest muscles after gynecomastia surgery? well iam 22 year old male and i have had this girl like breast and i want to get rid of at as soon as possible coz i dont have any other option.
Is there any other alternate to surgery? its pretty embarrassing and I cannot wear t-shirts and all. i want to build chest muscles after some time of my surgery and also iam on the heavier side & would like to get rid of all the fat..
so has any one here undergone gynecomastia surgery please IM me.
I was also curious to know i have heard all that fat can come back again on the chest. is it true.so whats is the permanent solution to this. I’ve also heard the gland removal can be done to make the chest normal.?? is this all true..
