I have heard that after surgery since there is a removal of fat tissue fat seems to deposit in your other fat cells where you never had a problem before. I am very smal 5'4" and weigh about 108lbs. I have never had a problem with my weight. I am very active, runner, lift weights but my problem after having 3 kids I have stretched my abdominal wall to the extent that I have gone for 3 consults and each doc has said the only thing I can do is get a full tummy tuck to get my before mommy tummy back. My fear is that I will get a bigger face, arms, or thighs after the excess skin with my fat is rmoved from my stomach. Please advise.
