Wait until after you have missed your period, the test should be accurate after that point. However, some ladies on here got negative tests even then and had to go to the doctor for a blood test.

The best result is to wait until after a missed period. Sometimes it can show up a little before then, but I wouldn't count on it. It's different for everyone really. Some people can tell sooner then others, and some people will test negative until they are farther along. I would say the best test result will be after a missed period in my own opinion.
