I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean
that you almost never get an erection, or
that you are physically unable to
ejaculate? Either way, I would suggest
mentioning it to your doctor just to rule
out physical problems.
As far as positions go, do it however you
want. Most men just masturbate while
standing in the shower or lying in bed,
but you can do whatever you want.
