Q: Insect Bite

My husband has some kind of insect bite on his scrotum. It has been there for one day. His lower abdomen is hurting to where he can't stand up. I feel like that is his lymphnoids working; however, this morning he woke up around 7:00 with an erection and it had not went away. Is this something to be concerned about.

Has the insect bite been diagnosed? Maybe a spider bite....but I doubt that it is the primary cause of his erection.
