Exciting news! The second annual gluten free summit is coming to Denver Colorado. Participants will have an opportunity to learn from some of the greatest gluten free chefs and sample some wonderful foods. Also included this year is a tour of local restraunts in the Denver area who are currently offering gluten free menus.

Gluten-Free Culinary Summit™ on August 17 – 19, 2007 at The DoubleTree Hotel in beautiful Denver, Colorado.
