Q: Excessive Dead Skin On Penis

I am a sexually active male, recently I have found that when I retract my foreskin, the glans has more (than before) dead skin covering it.

I would clean it today and by tmr i can find specs of dead skin on it. There is no burning or pus discharged. When I rub the glans and foreskin ,I can roll off little balls of dead skin (white).

However there is no pain or discharged, after rubbing off the dead skin, there is some itching on the foreskin.

This appears to be a new occurance, I usually do not pay much attention to the glans or roll the foreskin back often.

Please advise if this is a STD?
