Q: How to Loose Weight

Since the time I give birth to me son last two months my weight is 73 kgs. I want to loose weight but i dont know how? will you please give me some tips? For diet please advise me of what eat and not to eat inorder for me to loose weight.

You might not think this is a big thing but it can make such a difference

Don't use regular sugar, go for equal or splenda and even with that try to keep it low

Try not to use salts and try to eat things low in sodium

Drink as much water as you possibly can start out drinking a small bottle everyday and then push it to 2 small bottles a day and try to get 30-60oz a day if you can

Use whole wheat pasta instead of regular

If you must have bread try whole wheat or grain bread

Try not to eat too much cheese

Try not to eat too much red meat, stick more to chicken or fish

I know it sounds like a lot of stuff you should and shouldn't have but just making those small changes can make a big difference. I stopped using regular sugar a few years ago and right after I stopped using it I lost 8lbs...obviously over about 2 weeks...same thing with salts and sodiums.

This is not good just for weight loss, but to be healthier in general.

No sugar. Period. The only sweetener that is healthy and good for you is stevia. Subsitute stevia for all other sweeteners. Equal and Splenda are chemicals-your body is not meant to process chemicals.

Don't eat food that has more than five ingredients. Highly processed foods are barely food.

No dairy. Human beings were not meant to drink from the teat of a cow. Plus all the hormones and, once again, chemicals, in dairy are not good for you.

Drink distilled or spring water. No soda, no milk, none of that gatorade sugar crap.

Walk everywhere. Park a block away, park the farthest away from the entrance.

Skip wheat all together. Use flours made of kamut or (my favorite) spelt. These flours are very, very low in carbs.

No pork or red meat. Poultry but only if it's grain fed, cage free. Try incorporating more seafood in your life. Salmon (farm raised-not wild as it contains mercury), tuna, halibut, perch, whatever is fresh and native to your area.

Eat tiny meals all day. I like to snack on the occasional hard boiled egg, organic fruit, spelt pretzels, raw cashews, etc.

It's really hard to loose weight. But once you get in the habit, you'll find that nothing tastes better than being healthy!

I went from an 8 to a 14 back to 8 in the span of several years. I lost the weight pretty quickly following the above. I noticed that the first couple days were absolutely brutal...my craving for sugar was akin to heroin, I swear! Tought it out!

I was also sure to give myself a treat once in a while. I LOVE ice cream, although I know how awful it is for you. I switched over to soy dream or rice dream, and they are actually pretty good. I occasionally have some of that to make me smile. And I'm a sucker for lemonade. I buy organic lemonade and danggoneit it's great.

I just rambled. Maybe some of that will help you, though. Best of luck!

this is how you can lose the weight.
First thing you need to do is go to the gym. Good ole' working out will help you get stronger and increase the metabolism.

Things to eat:
Almonds and other nuts
Beans and other Legumes (including soybeans, chickpeas, pinto beans, navy beans, kidney beans, lima beans)
Spinach and other green veggies
Dairy Products (fat-free or low-lat milk, yogurt,
cheese, cottage cheese)
Oatmeal
Eggs
Turkey and other lean meats
Peanut Butter (natural)
Olive Oil
Whole grain Breads
Extra Protien (whey) powder
Raspberries and other berries
taken from the abs diet by David Zinczecko

dont worry about the amount you eat. if you excersize and eat these foods, your stomach will stay full.

DO NOT JOG!!!
This is by far the slowest way to actually lose weight. Plus its boring, slow, and repitiious. What you need to do is perform speed intervals, Run as fast as you can for as long as you can and then you can job until you can run fast again. The heating up and cooling down of your body just throws your body into a craze and cant do nothing else but to keep burning calories.
Also you want to lift weights and perform squats. A little tip, for every pound of muscle you gain. It takes 50 calories a day to maintain them. build 3 pounds and 150 calories will burn daily without having to do anything. The reason i say squats is because your leg muscle is the biggest muscle in your body and they will help you burn the fat. Remember muscles are the bodies natural fat burners. Another tip: Your metabolism increases by 30%, the same hour you drink 16Oz of water.

Hey =)
Well u can stop drinking coke, juice'z, n stick more with water n tea. Umm dont snack on dounuts, candy stuff like dat, try not to eat dinner so late n alway'z drink u a full glass of water before any meal'z, dat would help u not to intake so much. O yeah eat small portions is better to eat 6 samll meal'z instead of 3 large one'z.

That'z what iam doing i had my baby 13 month'z ago n still trying to loose dat weight, i guess is juss harder for a female to loose wight then a guy =(

its harder for a female because they dont have the testosterone that the guys do. I drink crystal light it only has 5 calories per 8oz and it taste great both in the bottle or mixed like koolaid.
