Has anyone tried the new alli program. I heard some of the side effects are bad, but from what I have read it is when you take in more than 15g of fat per meal. Any input?

Hey. I'm majoring in Nutrition/Dietetics/Kinesiology in college and my professor was saying some thing about Alli the other day. She said its a lower dose of a prescription weight loss pill and it works by blocking fat absorption and such that is why if you have a diet high in fat you will have watery stools because it takes it out of your system before its able to break it down adequately.
