Hi im turning 14 and im a virgin, didn't have sex yet. Every month or so after urinating the stip of my penis has a burning sensation which makes be want to go and urninate again. Only little amount comes out. I am not circumcised, and what ive noticed is that when I pull my forskin and look inside of the foreskin it has these little white dots. Its been there for a long time, I read ppls that had the same question and the answers were confusing and its scaring me. I dont want to be a virgin for life! Please help, im too scared to tell anyone and scared of telling my family doctor, is there something else I can do if its important?

First, I don't think it's anything serious. It sounds like a simple urinary tract infection, and that's easily cured with medicines.... from a doctor.

The little white dots are probably smegma, which just needs gentle cleaning every time you shower. They may not come off at first. Just keep washing.

You should not be frightened to talk to the doctor or your dad. Your dad has a penis, he knows what you're going through. And your doctor has probably seen miles of penis, so nothing is going to surprise him/her.

Well, depending on the severity you could some day become infertile or worse. You could discharge all kinds of gross stuff from your penis, and never be able to have sex.

It probably won't get that bad, but it's chances like that which make us go to doctors and talk to people.

It depends on your stituation. Talk with your doctor (he/she) won't bite. As for a UTI (urinary tract infection), drinking plenty of water & cranberry juice
will help flush out your system. A prescription from your doctor will also be advised. If you prelong getting treatment, you can end up with bigger problems.

so should i just drink plenty of water and cranberry juice and see if it would work, by without telling the doctor?

Rolling Eyes NO, tell your doctor. You need to be drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice to prevent getting a infection in the first place. Since you have an infection you need a prescription for antibiotics.
