Dried Blood Dangerous?

I cleaned off some dried up blood on glass with a few disinfectant handy wipes. I didn't use a glove, do I need to worry about catching something from the blood?

I washed my hands repeatedly with soap afterwards and I didn't have any open cuts or wounds on my hands.

Im just concerned because the blood is from a guy who broke in and cut himself. Im guessing the guy was a junkie or something so Im alittle concerned that he may have had some sort of dieases or something. The blood was there for about 3 days and had dried up.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Many things, like HIV, cannot live long outside of people, so they die off when the blood is dry. However, you could talk to your doctor and see if he or she recommends testing for anything just to be on the safe side.
