The only thing I can say is do not even bother trying either one now. Metabolife with ephedra works wonders, but the fda made the distribution of products containing ephedra illegal so very soon you will not be able to get it anymore.
That stinks that you cannot eat meat, because atkins rules!

Hello there i am new to this but decided to give it a try. I used thermochrome select with ephedra for years with much success. I loved it, didn't have that much with metabolite. I used to sell the thermochrome until they took it off the market. Now I can't find it anywhere or anything that works as well for me. Thermochrome gave me energy, I walked about 2 miles a day everyday and looked forward to itand had all day energy for everything else I had to do.Truthfully I don't care for thermochrome without ephedra.

I feel your pain. I am a thirty something mom of two that used thermochrome select for two years with no side effects and had a size 4 waist. Without it I have gone to a size ten. I do not eat junk food and walk 3-5 miles a day and am so depressed with my weight. I don't understand how people who want crack can get it any day and we can't find a simple pill that made life better!!
