Q: Slight Pain Behind My Left Eye

I have recently begun experiencing a slight pain behind my left eye and have noticed that I have slightly blurred vision when I isolate this eye (by shutting my right eye). I also feel slightly light headed at various times in the day.

Any thoughts?

I've never suffered from severe headaches, except when I'm flying I often experience a sharp pain behind my eyes.

Severe Headache With Blurred Vision
I have had a headache that has lasted 6 days with blurred vision. I was taking a trip to Mexico and got blurred vision with a severe headache that never went away. I took Ibuprofen, Tylenol and even sinus medicine (Claritin and Pseudofed). Nothing has helped. When I got back in the U.S., my symptoms were worse, so I went to the emergency room. The CT scan was normal. My BP was normal and so was a finger stick for diabetes. I was given Valium and Ibuprofen. I am still dizzy, have pain on my left temple and top of my head and blurred vision. Am I suffering from stress or a migraine? This has never happened to me before (I have had bad headaches all of the time, but not for this long, and not with blurred vision). Thank you. I need relief soon--I am in a lot of pain for so long!!
