I posted a message about three weeks ago about severe nausea which had lasted for weeks but since then was given maxolonfor nausea and Kalma)(alprazolam) for anxiety by my GP which worked within hours and I felt fine for about two weeks but this past week the severe nausea is coming back. I've increased the dosage of Kalma from half a .5mg tablet 3 times a day to one three times a day but without results and I feel more anxious and jumpy than ever and also very depressed now. I just feel terrible - nauseous, anxious and depressed can this be the alprazolam and has anyone any ideas.... please

Go back to GP and either up the xanax, your body has probably gotten used to it and need to titrate up, or switch to either Clonanazapam (long lasting 18 to 50 hours) or Ativan (6 to 8 hours) until you get to a Psychiatrist. Your GP is not qualified to deal with this. The above link is a very helpful article. Best of luck.
