Hi Folks,

My first posting to the board and just wondering if anyone can help me please just having a bad few days of it.

Had a double level fusion 4 weeks ago. I have improved pain wise but I am limited to the amount of time I can stay up. I find sitting sore after 30 min and can now walk for 20 min. ( I could not walk more than 5 min prior to surgery). I feel in ways for 4 weeks I seem to be doing good, but my main concern is that I am still in bed for a lot of time. I try to get up after 90 min and stay up for 60 min doing walking and sitting. My question is to all those that have gone through this procedure How were you at 4 weeks and were you in the bed still? I feel I should be up more and that is really freaking me.
