I have a cluster of red bumbs on my chest, right below my collar bone. It has been there for about 4 or 5 months, and I have been putting cortizone cream (generic) on it and cleaning in gently with just soap and water (using my hand) when showering. I stopped using the cream and I was using shea butter, it looked like it was going away, but all the sudden it came back again. This is really irritating because I don't know what it is or why it's there. I need help with this and don't know what to do.
