I am having problems getting an erection and I dont have a big penis to begin with any way. Is there anything I can do to make it bigger and keep it erect.

As far as making your penis larger, it sounds like there aren't too many safe and reliable options out there. So many men worry about penis size unnecessarily anyway. If you have trouble getting and keeping an erection, you could talk to your doctor and see if there is a physical issue that is causing that problem.
