Q: After Hysterectomy/not On Any Hormones

Hello everyone,

it's been almost 2 1/2 months since my hyst and I feel okay. I still have some tenderness but overall everything seems to be working out just fine. The hot flashes and night sweats come and go, but I seem to be handling it okay for now. I chose not to be on any hormone replacements at this time. By me doing that, should I be taking any type of vitamins or calcium that will help replace some of the hormones that I don't have now? I am also on a diet and taking diet pills (zantrex-3). Will these effect me in having the hyst and not on any hormones by taking these diet pills? Anyone with advice please help.

Thank you Rolling Eyes

Extremely eHealthy
There are several natural hormone replacements including chaste tree extract. Go to a search engine & look up natural hormone replacements.

You could also benefit from calcium tablets & maybe vitamin b which is good for stress, something you may find an issue now.
