Seriously, this past winter my sinus
infections would NOT go away!!
Even when its not infected I have massive
amounts of drainage, sometimes it makes me
really sick to my stomach =X I get these
really painful infections and I feel like
I'm very very ill. I feel like I have the
worst cold on the planet or slightly light
headed like I was acctually sick, but no
fever XP I hardly ever get sick either,
usually once every 2 or 3 years.
Also the massive amount of drainage has
given me tons of really bad sore throats,
though I don't has near as many as I did a
few years ago
I heard the eating a spoonful of local
honey helps allergies and sinuses, im just
about to try that
Is there anything I can do to help me
prevent sinus infections, they RUINED my
workout routine I'd like some
relief, OTC stuff doesnt work that well,
and antibiotics can only last so long.

Have you ever been tested for allergies?
The fact that you have constant nasal
irritation would lead me to believe that
it is a constant problem. I suggest you
speak to your doctor about some long-term
meds that might help.
I'd like some
relief, OTC stuff doesnt work that well,
and antibiotics can only last so long.
