alright so for the last few days i have had almost constant stomach pains. its mostly right under my belly button area. it feels better when i use a hot water bottle on it or when someone rubs it. laying on it really hurts, and laying on my sides hurts too. i eat right, and everything like that. but i do think i might have over done it with the exercising. if anyone has any idea of what could be wrong with me. please let me know you opinion.

Constant stomach pains
i have a friend who is dealing with this issue. She's had this stomach pain for about three years and says she gone through ever test imaginable and hasn't had any luck in finding what she has or what is causing this to happen. She has done everything from being tested to going on really special diets and yet nothing works. What can she do or what advice should I give her?
