Sweaty & irritated labia : bumpy red itchiness : yeast infec

I started to have a lot of itch down there about 7 days ago. It started about 3-4 days after getting over a mild UTI. I also drive a car that has leather seats and live in a city that gets really hot. I feel like I sweat a lot down there after getting out of my car. There hasn't been any colored discharge, but I continueously feel very wet down there (sweaty). The irritation I have is similliar to the type one gets on the neck when one sweats and stratches alot (bumpy and red). The itching goes from the outside of my vagina (lg. labia) about 3 inches down my thigh. I am using hydrocortisone to stop the itching and neosporine to help heal it, but they seem not to be working. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do? Could the hot leather seats in my car be causing this? What can I do to prevent the sweat, if it is that that's causing it?
