Can the Testicals move ( contract and expand )? Posted: 06-30-07 06:04am
My testicals dont breath now. In early of
my age they use to breath heavily (mean
expanding and contracting ). But from last
few year , i see no motion in them. I
think this is cause of my less desire in
sex. I have no erection in my penis
itself. if i use my hand to masturbate
only then it erects. but it ejaculates a
good semen. Please guide me about no
motion in my testicals .How can they be
made breathy.

The testicles can be moved passively but
not actively. Active movements are
possible only via reflex contraction of
the cremaster muscle located in the
funiculus spermaticus. Contraction of
musculus cremastericus elevates the
testicles and brings them closely to the
body. Contraction of that muscle is
provoked by cold weather/environment or by
skin scratching on the inner side of the
leg (s.c. cremastern reflex). You can
consult a urologist about a possible
erection problem and seek advice.
