Can you skip your period with tri-nessa? If so how? If you can't which types of birth control can you skip your periods with?

You can skip a period most easily on mono-phasic pills. These kinds of pills have one dose of hormones for the entire month. Because of this, skipping a period simply involves continuing with the same level of hormones your body is already used to.

Women often have a harder time skipping a period on tri-phasic pills. These pills have a different dose of hormones for every active week. These types of pills more accurately reflect a woman's natural cycle, and are thus harder to skip on.
