Q: Bumps Around Penis and Testicles

Ok Im 15 years old, The problem is that i have like little bumps on the bottom of my penis and around my testicles. Im still a virgin and nobody has ever touched my penis, except me. Pls can you tell me what this is?

Sounds like it's probably just your hair follicles. If you're worried, you can always have your doctor take a look to make sure though.

Do they look like goosebumps, probably just hair follicles like Llewellyn said.

Or maybe they look like Fordyce's spots? Google or Wiki it.
